You may benefit from support from Talking Therapies – a free NHS service supporting those aged 16+ in Berkshire suffering from a variety of difficulties including stress, low mood and worry.

KOOTH is jointly commissioned by the CCG and Public Health. 

The service provides a free, confidential and anonymous way for young people to get professional counselling, support and advice online. 

KOOTH provides young people with a quick and easy to access alternative to face-to-face counselling, and is evidence-based.

This service is free for any young person aged 11 – 17 years (up to their 18th birthday

or up to 25 years of age for a looked-after young person) who is

resident in the Bracknell Forest area.
