We are always delighted to welcome new patients from any part of the RG12 postcode area to the practice.

Registering is simply a matter of completing a form. We will also need to see proof of identification and address.

We strongly recommend all new patients over the age of five to book an appointment with the practice nurse/Health care assistant for a ‘new patient check’. The purpose of this is to collect information about your medical history and to check such things as blood pressure, urine, smears and injections.

Each patient has a right to choose to register with the GP of their choice.
